The Club @ La Bone Pet Spa Terms and Conditions:
You must be a Club @ La Bone Pet Spa member to earn rewards points. We are not responsible for the interpretation by our employees of the program procedures, terms and conditions. Reward certificates have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. Certificates will be mailed to you and expire 12 months after issue date. La Bone Pet Spa is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable mail. No change will be returned if the amount of a sale is less than the total amount of the reward certificate(s) being redeemed. Redeemed certificates do not count toward new rewards earned on the transaction they are redeemed. Rewards are earned when gift certificates are purchased.
No rewards are earned when gift certificates are redeemed. Lost or stolen reward certificates will not be replaced. The value of returned merchandise will be deducted from the current amount posted to your reward balance. Employees and their immediate families are not eligible for membership. We will not sell or rent your personal information to any other organization. Program may be terminated or modified at any time. Members with no activity for 12 months will be considered lapsed and their membership will be terminated. Un-issued points will be forfeited. One membership per customer. Reward points do not include sales tax. Points are awarded for purchases after the date of enrollment only (no retroactive credits). Points cannot be transferred between member accounts.
